PT3 Sample Report Essay : Road Accident

PERAK, MON.- Four family members were killed and a child is in critical condition following a head-on collision at the 6th Kilometre, Jalan Helang, yesterday. 
    A police spokesman said that the car driven by Hafiy, 40, collided head-on with an oncoming car. Hafiy, his wife, Rita, 38 and their two children, Imran, 10 and Nazaf, 6, died from their injuries in the 5.00 a.m. accident. 
    The couple's third child, Adam, 2, who suffered minor injuries, has been admitted to the Perak General Hospital. He is reported to be in stable condition. 
    Imran died on the spot while Nasaf died on the way to the hospital. The couple died while receiving treatment at the hospital. The driver of the oncoming car suffered minor injuries and received outpatient treatment. 
    Rita's sister, Saloma, 42, who claimed the bodies from the mortuary, said that funeral rites would be performed tomorrow.
