SAMPLE ESSAY
Tea bushes are planted on the slopes of hills. They are trimmed and kept short so that the workers can pluck the leaves easily. Only young shoots are plucked. The workers put the shoots into baskets which are tied to thier backs. Then, the leaves are taken to the factory.
In the factory, the tea leaves are laid out on rocks. Warm air is passed over them to dry the leaves. Next, the leaves are rolled in a special machine. The tea leaves become twisted and broken. Then, the leaves are placed on trays to ferment. After that, the tea leaves are dried in a special drier. The leaves become black and give off a pleasant aroma.
Finally, the leaves are graded using a special machine. In this process, the fine leaves are seperated from the coarse ones. Then, the tea is packed into boxes and delivered to shops for sale. Some of the tea leaves are also exported to other countries.
